A request for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) must be received by WSTDA in writing (via email or fax) within 10 business days of the customer's receipt of an order. The request shall state the reason(s) for the return. Returns will be authorized only due to errors by seller in product and/or quantity shipped, or for non-custom print orders. No Returns will be authorized due to customer ordering errors, for custom or private-label print orders, or for any other reason other than defects in material or workmanship.
Within five (5) business days of receipt of a Return Authorization Number, the customer shall ship the returned product to the address shown on the authorization, with the RAN shown on the delivery address label. Customer pays for all shipping and handling fees for returning the order.
Authorized Returns that are received in new, re-salable condition, in original packing and packaging, will be authorized for a refund of the original purchase price less a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and/or handling fees are non-refundable. Customer will allow up to 60 days for refunds to be processed via the original method of payment.
