its 2012 Spring Meeting. This meeting provides
educational and networking opportunities, as well as
opportunities to participate in committee meetings that

$35.00 per person
The class size is: 10 minimum/20 maximum
If we do not receive at least 10 for the Aspects of
Chocolate Cooking Class, we will need to cancel by June

Chef take you on a delicious and educational tour all
about the exquisite aspects of chocolate. Learn about
it’s origin, how it's evolved over time and discover how
to make amazing hot chocolate from scratch as well as
