CHP Changes in California Re: Cargo Securement

The following information has been brought to our attention, by a fellow WSTDA member: It appears that California will adopt the Federal Standards in May of this year. They repealed Title 13 – Div.2, Chapter 7, Articles 1~10 & 15. regarding Cargo Securement last year (2007). We have attached information to this email, with related links below.
