The testing will take place at Sherry Laboratories in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. We have not been able to develop a nomogram for the WLL reduction of web slings on different sizes of rounds due to problems with AWRF’s Sling Analyzer. The Committee recommended the following new products to the Board for consideration: Reformatting the Web Sling Video to DVD (now available) Rewriting Mil Standard 4108A to update the language and testing procedure Establishing a relationship with an independent testing laboratory that members could use to certify their products. One of our earlier suggestions to put all standards on CD has already been done and is now available through the WSTDA office. |
