Transportation Information Airport Transfers The Loews L’Enfant Plaza Hotel is located just 10 minutes from Ronald Reagan National Airport. Taxi cab fares are approximately $13 one way. The hotel is approximately 45-90 minutes from Dulles International Airport or Baltimore/Washington International Airport, depending on traffic. Taxi fares from either airport will range from $50-$60 one way. Hints & TipsWeather in Washington in November should be moderate/cool, with daytime highs of 60 degrees and evening lows in the 40s. The DC area offers a wealth of activities and venues that will make it attractive for you to come in early or stay after the WSTDA meeting.
