Liftex® exists to serve the lifting industry and its customers with products and services developed in an environment that places maximum focus on safety, quality, innovation, performance, integrity and value. It is with these core traits as pillars that Liftex® has built its history and success, and on which Liftex® will continue to build its position as the industry leading source for lifting solutions. Primarily engaged in the manufacture of synthetic slings (flat web slings, roundslings), cargo control and tie downs, wire rope slings and chain slings and serves its international customer base out of four locations in Philadelphia, PA, Chicago, IL, Houston, TX and Seattle/Tacoma, WA.

What's Unique?

Liftex® Pro-Edge® Premium Edge is different from most other premium edge slings in that the edge protection is structural — it is built into the sling. Pro-Edge® features reinforcement with twisted tire — cord yarns — for the same reason that these yarns are used in tires: they provide maximum resistance to wear (cutting and abrasion). Additionally, the twisting of these yarns provides and enhanced degree of resistance to cutting and abrasion as compared to non-twisted yarns. Longer life means reduced cost per use.

WSTDA Participation

A member of WSTDA since 1999, Liftex Corp. has been actively involved in WSTDA Technical Committees through the involvement of Gerry Thiel, Mark Kowalkick, and Greg Crain, who currently serves as WSTDA Web Sling Technical Committee Chair (as of January 2015).
