Selling in today’s times can be tough, but do you ever wonder why you
did not get a sale? This session will give you a look at how the
customer views your approach to their business. This is an informative
session on how to approach the customer, interact with the customer
through e-mail, phone and face to face, and develop a long term
relationship with your customer.
According to Schoeb, "I have been called every name in the book by sales
people. The most common one is Honest. I believe in telling the vendor
what I need, when I need it, and I have no time for BS. If a sales
person asks why they did not get the sale, I tell them. The problem few
ever ask."
