Product Liability

Todd Peterson will offer an overview of the law relating to product
liability. This presentation explains the legal theories under which
companies can be subject to, and perhaps avoid, legal liability. The
presentation will cover the law regarding defects in manufacture and
design defect with special emphasis on the failure to warn and the
emerging action of failure to train. It will conclude with discussion on
the available defenses to allegations of product defect.
